ASPEN is pleased to present the best of the ASPEN 2018 Nutrition Science & Practice Conference (ASPEN18) in a four-part series. Beginning March 5, 2018, two top sessions from ASPEN18 will be rebroadcast each week. At the end of each rebroadcast, a member of the faculty panel will join to facility a question and answer period to enhance your learning of the subject matter.

Objectives:

  • Apply ethical principles to the management of challenging nutrition support cases
  • List the indications and contraindications for enteral and parenteral nutrition in specific disease states
  • Utilize effective communication strategies to properly navigate nutrition support focused ethical discussions
