Description

Wednesday's webinar will speak to the association between malnutrition and pediatric feeding disorders. It will also address multi-disciplinary interventions to address these issues.

Learning Objectives:

  • Define different types of feeding disorders, including food aversion, and why they develop.
  • List methods for early identification and diagnosis of feeding disorders.
  • Discuss the importance of a multi-disciplinary health care team, including psychological and behavioral health in managing feeding disorders.
  • Explain how feeding disorders have direct effects on all family members involved in the care of the patient.
