Description

Using a case-based format, three challenging cases of nutrition therapy will be presented to a multidisciplinary panel (physician, pharmacist, dietitian, nurse practitioner). Panelists will discuss the nuances in providing optimal, evidence-based care. The discussion will be focused on diagnosis, assessment, prescription, and monitoring of nutritional interventions, and the panelists will share their clinical practice strategies as well as “pearls” of wisdom.
