1. Discuss current and emerging models and devices for body composition measurement and explain their underlying scientific principles
2. Evaluate current research into the application of body composition measurement to clinical practice including malnutrition, aging and disease states
3. Establish research priorities for further validation and clinical application of body composition tools and models
