  1. Summarize the pathophysiology of fetal and neonatal iron deficiency on neurodevelopment
  2. Identify the mechanisms of micronutrient deficiencies after sleeve gastrectomy and develop an appropriate monitoring and intervention plan
  3. Describe micronutrients of concern in long-term home parenteral nutrition patients and discuss factors to consider when determining a monitoring plan
