Mark Klang received his Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy in June of 2008. He received his M.S. degree in 1987 in Pharmacotherapeutics and his B.S. in Pharmacy in 1978 from Arnold and Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy. He is currently the Core Manager for the Research Pharmacy Core of Sloan-Kettering Institute. He is a member of the New York State Board of Pharmacy for 7 years and has served as a member of the Expert Committee on Compounding for the USP for 10 years. He was named a Fellow in the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) in 2020. In this organization he is a Founding Member of the Drug-Nutrient Interaction, Professional Interest Group. He is the current Pharmacist at Large for the Long Island Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
