Beth Quatrara DNP, RN, ACNS-BC, CMSRN

Dr. Beth Quatrara is a clinical nurse specialist with over 15 years’ experience in the care of patients with digestive health conditions and associated nutritional concerns. She is the editor of the MedSurg Matters! column "Nutrition to Improve Outcomes." She is also the AMSN clinical representative to the Alliance to Advance Patient Nutrition. Dr. Quatrara has published and provided several national presentations on the topic of malnutrition. She is excited to be here today to share strategies to enhance the  nutritional care of patients.
