Douglas L. Nguyen MD

Douglas Nguyen, MD, Professor of Medicine, Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Director of the Clinical Nutrition Program, Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Dr. Douglas Nguyen completed his medical training at the University of Cincinnati, followed by Internal Medicine training at Mayo Clinic Rochester and a Gastroenterology fellowship at the University of California Irvine. He has also completed the Nutrition Fellowship program through the Nestlé Nutrition Institute. Dr. Nguyen is currently the Professor of Medicine, Director of the Clinical Nutrition Program, and Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease program at Loma Linda University. He has published over 100 peer review abstracts, book chapters, and publications in nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, healthcare delivery, and patient care outcomes.
