Ms. Gellert-Jones is a Speech Language Pathologist trained in pediatric neurodevelopmental treatment. She has served pediatric clients and their families for more than 30 years. Her career has focused on the areas of speech-language services, feeding/dysphagia treatment, and the assistive technology needs in children and youth presenting with medical complexities. She is on staff at the HMS School for Children with Cerebral Palsy in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she holds positions as both a Speech Language Pathologist, and Clinical Feeding Specialist for the school. Ms. Gellert-Jones has held positions as a Senior Speech Language Pathologist at Thomas Jefferson University Children's Rehabilitation Hospital, Dysphagia Specialist at the Children's Seashore House Pediatric Center for Dysphagia and Feeding Management, and the Manager of the Speech Language Therapy Department at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. She has also served as a Speech Language Pathologist on a Multi-Disciplinary Evaluation Team, and Home-Based Speech Language Therapist in Philadelphia's early intervention programs. She is a guest lecturer at Arcadia University in the DPT Program, a member of ASHA, and an AACPDM fellow. She has presented seminars, instructional courses, and posters in the areas of feeding, dysphagia, respiration, communication and AAC at numerous conferences across the US and Canada.
