Along with 25 years nutrition support nursing, Celena's nursing background includes oncology, PICC line insertion and bedside tube insertion. She has spent the majority of her career working with patients on both parenteral and enteral nutrition in both the in-patient and out-patient world. She is experienced with troubleshooting access devices for enteral and central lines for parenteral nutrition. She currently works on a multi-disciplinary Nutrition Support Team serving a busy home enteral and parenteral population in Utah. At the present time she is a member of the CNSC exam committee for ASPEN. She is highly involved with CERT (community emergency response team) in her community and also volunteers in her church. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young adult sons. She enjoys kayaking and hiking in the beautiful state of Utah.
