Paige Balgie RD, CSP, LP

Paige Balgie [bell-gee] is a registered and licensed dietitian at M Health Fairview Masonic Children's Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota specializing in pediatrics. Her training began with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and dietetic internship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. For the past ten years she has specialized in nephrology, working with infants to young adults concurrently in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Her pediatric nephrology care includes the continuum of chronic kidney disease, end stage renal disease with hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, as well as kidney transplant. Much of her nutritional practice in pediatric nephrology involves educating about dietary modifications, building mixtures of enteral formulas and modulars most frequently administered through a feeding tube, while ensuring the child is growing and gaining appropriately.
