Eliza Mei Francisco MD, FASPEN

Dr Francisco is the incoming chair of the International Clinical Nutrition Section of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN). She joined the ICNS in 2015 and has been part of its Section Leadership Team since 2017. She was part of the ASPEN Membership Committee from 2018 to 2021, and a Malnutrition Awareness Week Ambassador since 2019.

Dr. Francisco is a Doctor of Medicine and a Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Family Physicians. She was one of the first graduates of the Nutrition Support Fellowship program of St. Luke’s Medical Center. She is a Past President of the Philippine Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (PhilSPEN) and current Vice President of the Philippine College of Medical Nutrition Physicians.

For the past 13 years, she has been the head of the Nutrition Support Team and Weight Management Center of Mary Mediatrix Medical Center in Lipa City, Philippines. She is also a consultant physician of the nutrition support team of Asian Hospital and Medical Center, Philippines.
