Carol Skerbitz RD

Carol Skerbitz is a clinical dietitian at Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at the University of California, San Francisco Medical Center. Her background includes both adult and pediatric care with a focus on nutrition support in patients with medical complexity from pediatrics through their adult years. She is grateful for the opportunity to be an advocate for patients who are unable to advocate for themselves.
