Karrie Derenski PharmD, BCNSP, BCCCP, CNSC, FASPEN

Dr. Karrie Derenski is the Director of Pharmacy Operations for Cox Health in Springfield MO. S Dr. Derenski earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City (UMKC) School of Pharmacy in Kansas City, MO. As post-graduate training, she completed a nutrition support specialty residency at University Hospital, Denver, CO. She serves as a nutrition support preceptor for APPE students as well as the pharmacy residents at Cox Health. Dr Derenski’s research interests involve pharmacotherapy in critical illness and nutrition support therapy in critically ill patients. Dr. Derenski is an active member of the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, and the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. She is a Board Certified Nutrition Support Pharmacist, Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist as well as a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician.
