Analyze the evidence for caloric delivery on outcomes in critical illness
Summarize the most up-to-date evidence for augmented energy delivery from TARGET and apply these results into practice
Summarize the current literature around nutrition support in critical illness and acknowledge the limitations of published critical care nutrition trials to demonstrate a benefit of nutrition on ICU survivor outcomes
Examine the effect of critical illness on survival, muscle wasting, and function through the continuum of care from admission to rehabilitation
Describe techniques to measure body composition and functional status in response to a nutrition intervention
