Adeeti Chiplunker is an assistant professor in the division of gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition at Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. She specializes in the care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease as well as short bowel syndrome with unique expertise in the management of patients with short bowel syndrome secondary to inflammatory bowel disease. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as the Medical Director of Nutrition Services for the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Chiplunker completed her adult gastroenterology fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and an advanced fellowship in inflammatory bowel disease at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Her clinical interests include malnutrition, sarcopenia, and body composition in patients with inflammatory bowel disease and short bowel syndrome. Dr. Chiplunker serves on the Education & Professional Development and Abstract Review ASPEN Committees.
