Ajanta Raman MSN, AGACNP, CNSC

Ajanta Raman is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner at University Health Truman Medical Center (UHTMC) in Kansas City, Missouri. She currently provides nutrition support with the three-time recipient of the ASPEN “Clinical Nutrition Team of Distinction Award” Metabolic Support Services team, led by Dr. Charles Van Way, III. She has been a registered nurse for 12 years and in her current Nurse Practitioner position for 6 years. Ajanta is presently the Chair of the ASPEN Nutrition Support Nurses Section and a part of multiple ASPEN committees and sub-committees. She was the recipient of the 2023 APRN of the Year Award from UHTMC for exemplary collaboration and quality patient care outcomes.
