Amanda Gilhool, MS, RDN, LDN, CNSC is a clinical dietitian and instructor at various organizations in the Philadelphia area, including Penn Medicine, Drexel University, and Chestnut Hill Hospital. She earned her bachelor’s degree in linguistics from Temple University and her master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University. While living in Florida for many years, she worked at hospitals in the Tampa Bay and greater Miami areas, culminating with liver transplant and medical ICU patients at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. Amanda moved back to Philadelphia in 2020 to continue her career in her hometown. When not working, she enjoys listening to music, watching TV and movies, eating (of course), and playing volleyball terribly.
