Amy obtained her undergrad degree in dietetics from the University of Rhode Island and her master’s degree in human nutrition from the University of New Haven. After completing her internship at Yale New Haven Hospital her career began there as a clinical dietitian in 2004. Amy covered the surgical ICUs at YNHH for over 15 years and during that time also became the lead inpatient dietitian. In 2022 Amy was promoted to the Clinical Manager for Digestive Health Nutrition, overseeing several ambulatory nutrition clinics including the health system’s first teaching kitchen.
