My name is Andrew Adorno, and I am a 3rd Year PhD in Nutrition Candidate at the Texas Woman’s University (TWU) Houston campus. I completed my AAS in Nutrition from Delgado Community College in New Orleans, my BS in Nutrition/Dietetics from Nicholls State University, my Dietetic Internship from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, and my MS from Texas Woman's University. I am an Advanced Practice Registered Dietitian (RD-AP) and a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) working as a Clinical Dietitian III at Ben Taub General Hospital in the Texas Medical Center (Houston) where my specialties include neurotrauma, surgery, critical care, and parenteral nutrition. I am currently working on research with Dr. Mindy Patterson on parenteral nutrition and resistant starch.
