Dr. Ann-Marie Brown is a Pediatric ICU nurse practitioner, educator and researcher. She is a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and a FASPEN. Her ASPEN involvement includes serving on the Research and Conference Monitoring Committees and membership in the Nursing, Critical Care, and Pediatrics Sections. She is a professor, assistant dean, and director of the acute care pediatric NP program at Emory University and serves as a Nurse Scientist at Children’s Health Care of Atlanta. Her program of research on nutrition in critically ill and injured children focuses on nurse driven methods to optimize nutrition delivery, feeding intolerance, symptom management and relationship to clinical outcomes.
