Ashlee Roffe, MS, RDN, LDN, CNSC, is the Director of Nutrition and Community Health at Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Ashlee’s work focuses on creating a culture of nutrition awareness and health equity across all areas of clinical practice. At Swedish, she oversees the Clinical Nutrition team as well as Community CARE, a circle of programs focused on building connections to expand the reach and definition of healthcare to include the Social Determinants of Health. Ashlee holds an MS in Nutrition from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a BS in Health Sciences from Bradley University.
