Senior Director, Quality Management, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

As Senior Director of Quality Management at the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Becky Gradl, leads and directs the Academy’s efforts related to quality management strategies and initiatives. She has also been closely involved in the maintenance of the Global Malnutrition Composite Score, a new nutrition related CMS hospital quality measure stewarded by the Academy. Prior to taking over the Academy’s quality management efforts, Becky worked to advance nutrition interoperability through the creation and use of healthcare standards and standardized terminology. She holds a Master of Public Health degree from Benedictine University, bachelor of science degree in nutrition and dietetics from Dominican University, and a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Valparaiso University. Becky is a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified health education specialist.
