Denise Baird Schwartz, MS, RD, FADA, FAND, FASPEN is a community member of the Bioethics Committee at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, Burbank, California, with over 40 years of clinical experience and previously was the Nutrition Support Coordinator at PSJMC.
