Dr. Diane Barsky is Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. She is Medical Director of the Home Parenteral Nutrition Program in the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Her areas of interest include Bone Health in Children, Management of Hyperlipidemia in Children and working with children in the Feeding and Swallowing Disorders Program. She also is course instructor for first year medical student Culinary medicine course. She has spoken nationally and internationally on Malnutiriton in Children, Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Disorders and the Anti-Inflammatory diet.
