Ginevra has 16 years of clinical pediatric nutrition experience providing medical nutrition therapy to a variety of patient populations including Intestinal Rehabilitation, Liver Transplant, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, Pediatric Intensive Care and Neonatal Intensive Care. Ginevra graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a bachelor’s degree from the coordinated program of human nutrition and dietetics in 2006. Ginevra has led multiple quality improvement projects, research and nutrition programs. She obtained her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2022 from Eastern New Mexico University. She has two board certifications and is a member of multiple nationally recognized groups including the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group and Co-Chair for the Professional Development Council, Commission on Dietetic Registration Specialist Credentialing Task Force, ASPEN and Council for Pediatric Nutrition Professionals with NASPGHAN.
