Haley Kavelak PharmD, BCCCP

Dr. Haley Kavelak is a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at St. Luke’s University Health Network and an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She graduated from University of the Sciences, Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. Dr. Kavelak completed a PGY1 Residency at Lancaster General Hospital and a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Philadelphia College of Pharmacy/Cooper University Hospital. She practices in a variety of intensive care units, including medical, trauma/neuro, cardiac, and cardiothoracic surgery and also serves as a PGY1Pharmacy Residency preceptor. Her research and practice interests are related to critical care pharmacotherapy, including nutrition support. Within the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, Dr. Kavelak received the Future Leader Award and serves on the Membership Committee. She is the Director of Pharmacy for the Philadelphia Area Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition.
