Hillary B. Prince, MD, MS, CNSC is an assistant professor in the Division of Burn, Trauma, Acute and Critical Care Surgery at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW)/Parkland Memorial Hospital. After attending medical school at Virginia Commonwealth University SOM in Richmond, VA, she completed general surgery residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, NY. She moved back to her native state of Texas to complete her Trauma/Surgical Critical Care fellowship at UTSW, where she then stayed on as faculty. As part of her critical care practice, she has developed an interest in the challenges posed by malnutrition to patient recovery from acute illness. She is a proud member of ASPEN and is honored to be presenting at the conference this year.
