Jana K. Ponce PhD, RD

Dr. Jana Ponce, PhD, RDN, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and Program Director for the Doctor of Nutrition and Dietetics (DND) program. She specializes in advanced nutrition education, translational research, and clinical practice innovation. Her research agenda focuses on lipid-derived mediators in inflammation resolution and nutrition-related clinical outcomes.
