Jennifer Katz is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine and Director of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition at NYU Langone Health in New York. Dr. Katz received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and MD from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she graduated with a distinction in gastroenterology research. She completed residency in internal medicine from NYU Langone Health and fellowship in gastroenterology at Montefiore Medical Center. She is a board-certified physician nutrition scientist. Her clinical interest includes medical education, malnutrition and the role of diet in the management of gastrointestinal illness.
