Jenn McClelland is a Nurse Practitioner at Boston Children’s Hospital specializing in Intestinal Failure and Home Parenteral Nutrition. She completed her undergraduate degree at Boston College, then went on to receive her master’s degree from Georgetown University while working in the pediatric liver and small bowel transplant unit. Currently, Jenn coordinates an interdisciplinary team at Boston Children's caring for over 150 patients on IV nutrition at home. Jenn has been a driving force in advancing quality improvement initiatives, particularly in reducing ambulatory Central Line-Associated Bloodstream Infections (CLABSI). Her work, which includes in-depth root cause analyses and effective prevention strategies, has been shared at national conferences and through collaborative cohorts such as Solutions for Patient Safety. Jenn is committed to enhancing patient safety and quality of life for pediatric home parenteral nutrition patients.
