Jenny Lee is the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Memorial Hermann Hospital, Texas Medical Center, where she supervises 29 dietitians and 1 nurse. Jenny received her Masters of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition from Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA and Masters of Philosophy degree in Food and Nutritional Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She has a strong passion for nutrition research and physician education. Jenny has been teaching medical students from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston as part of their curriculum. She also developed a clinical nutrition fellowship for physicians. Her articles appeared on several peer-reviewed nutritional journals. Her research interest includes critical care nutrition, nutritional adequacy of critically ill trauma patients, malnutrition, and patient safety. In her free time, she enjoys painting, biking, and spending time with her family.
