Jessica Stauffer Engelbrecht serves with Mercy Health System. Mercy’s motto is “Your life is our life’s work”. Jessica gets to embrace that motto working in the department of Clinical Care Redesign and Optimization. This department leads evidence-based projects focused on improving patient care & outcomes. Additionally, she is a practicing clinical dietitian in critical care with specific work in oncology and renal patient populations and she volunteers with ASPEN as the dietetics practice section chair 2020-2022.
