Jolene is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders University in Adelaide Australia. Her research interests are in nutrition screening and assessment as well as Nutrition in Older Adults. She completed her PhD in nutrition screening within vascular surgery patients and has 30 peer reviewed publications. She is Course Coordinator of the Masters and Bachelor programs in Nutrition and Dietetics at Flinders with her teaching focus in clinical dietetics and research methods. In her spare time she is a mum to two teenagers and an avid trail runner.
