Laura Gearman is a Pediatric Dietitian and Clinical Nutrition Manager at the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital. She has provided nutrition care to pediatric patients in the ICU for 13+ years and has multiple publications related to pediatric nutrition. Laura completed her undergraduate education at the College of Saint Benedict and obtained a Master's in nutrition from Tuft's University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
