Lucy Pappas MS, RD, CSP-CC, LD

Lucy Pappas lives in Kansas City, Missouri with her husband and 3 year old daughter. She has worked as a Clinical Registered Dietitian at Children’s Mercy for the last 8 years. Her first three years centered around the CF population (inpatient and outpatient), with additional duties managing a general inpatient pediatric team. The last five years have been in the Intensive Care Nursery, which is a level 4, 86 bed unit. In the nursery, she is the Dietitian for the Cardiac team and a general NICU team which acts as an overflow for the Small Baby Unit. Lucy leads the Probiotic workgroup in the ICN.
