Mary Chew is a Clinical Nutrition Manager at the Phoenix VA Health Care System. She oversees the complex needs of the outpatient specialty clinic nutrition services including oncology, surgery, ALS, and GI, to provide a comprehensive high quality nutrition program while supporting the medical center mission. She is responsible for the overall support and alignment of all nutrition research and quality improvement initiatives within the service with a special interest in nutrition support. She has 20 years of experience as a dietitian caring for Veterans with complex nutrition support therapies in both the inpatient and outpatient setting.
