Molly is a registered dietitian who is a board certified specialist in pediatrics and sports dietetics. She earned a bachelor’s in nutritional sciences from Texas A&M University and a master’s in nutrition from Texas Woman’s University.  She completed her dietetic internship at the Michael E. DeBakey Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. For the past 13 years, she has worked for the Renal Service at Texas Children’s Hospital. She is active in research and has various publications in the areas of critical care nephrology and pediatric malnutrition. Additionally, she is pursuing her doctorate in kinesiology at the University of Houston; researching the role of physical activity in children with CKD.
