Nancy Kramer BSN, RN, CRNI, FNHIA

Nancy Kramer BSN, RN, CRNI, FNHIA is a Vice President of Clinical Services at Optum Infusion Services and has worked in the home infusion industry for more than 30 years. Her first 18 years were with a national infusion provider organization where she held roles from field nurse to DON, Regional Nurse, and National Director of Nursing Operations. Nancy served as the VP of Clinical Affairs for the National Home Infusion Association prior to joining Optum in 2017, developing annual conference educational programming, leading the Standards and Education Committees in regulatory responses at the state and Federal levels, and conducting/publishing the first home infusion provider survey. She has provided education on a wide range of home infusion-related topics via published articles and presentations at NHIA, AVA and INS. At Optum, Nancy oversees the Nutrition, Clinical Nursing, Clinical Pharmacy, Regulatory, and Products & Services teams.
