Dr. Otilda M. Valderrama V., FACS, is a General Surgeon with a master’s degree in clinical nutrition. She works at Hospital Santo Tomás in Panama, where she serves as a General Surgeon in the Trauma Service, Head of the Department of Surgery, and Coordinator of the Nutrition Support Committee. Additionally, she is the President of the Panamanian Association of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (APNCM).
