Rachel Ludke is a registered dietitian specializing in critical care and transplant nutrition. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with a Bachelor of Science in 2015 and a Master’s of Science from Mount Mary University in 2018. Rachel currently works as a clinical dietitian at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in the medical and transplant intensive care units. In addition to clinical work Rachel has published several papers relating to transplant nutrition and is a volunteer for ASPEN and Dietitians in Nutrition Support.
