Dr. Larrazabal took up his degree of doctor in medicine at Cebu Doctors' University - College of Medicine, and he recently graduated from the Internal Medicine program of the Philippine General Hospital in Manila, Philippines. He plans to take up Nephrology as a subspecialty in the same institution. He will go back to his hometown in the province of Leyte in Ormoc City to give back to the indigenous people there in terms of primary healthcare, specialized care in renal medicine, improve research, as well as educate the people there on proper nutrition.
