Describe how to monitor laboratory values in the long-term home PN patient and apply knowledge gained to successfully monitor lab values for maintaining acid/base balance, essential fatty acid deficiency, and micronutrients
Demonstrate knowledge of nutrition recommendations to optimize oral intake and minimize output for patients with intestinal failure
