Sarah Cogle, PharmD, BCCCP, BCNSP is a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. She earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Auburn University and then completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL and a PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy residency with an emphasis in nutrition support at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center/Regional One Health in Memphis, TN. She was previously an Associate Clinical Professor at Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy in Auburn, AL and then transitioned to VUMC where she practices in the burn ICU and on the Adult Nutrition Support Team. She has published numerous articles on nutrition support in critically ill and hospitalized patients and co-founded the educational Instagram account "Consult Nutrition Support". She is an active member of SCCM, ASPEN, the American College of Clinical Pharmacy, the American Burn Association, and serves on the Board of Pharmacy Specialties Nutrition Support Pharmacy Specialty Council. Her interests include nutrition support in critically ill adults, management of major burns, medication safety, and nutrition support education.
