Stephani is a Texas native and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Biology. She then moved to the Bay Area for graduate school at San Jose State University graduating with a M.S. in Nutritional Sciences. She completed her dietetic internship through Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Her job experiences are in home enteral nutrition and inpatient acute care before joining the Stanford Clinical Nutrition department as an outpatient dietitian. During her time at Stanford, she has consistently been with the neuromuscular team as well as covering other outpatient nutrition clinics.
