Stephanie Cutrell is a nutrition support dietitian who has worked in the acute care setting for the past 16 years at ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Thirteen of those years she has worked as the Nutrition Support Team dietitian where she manages the adult parenteral nutrition. She has been active in ASPEN for most of her career, where she has presented her research during ASPEN’s Nutrition Science and Practice Conference poster sessions and served on multiple committees, which currently include the Malnutrition Committee and PN Safety Committee. Stephanie has a BA in Psychology from Elon College, as well as a BS and MS in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
