Vikram Raghu is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a pediatric gastroenterologist and transplant hepatologist at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. He completed his medical degree, pediatrics residency, and fellowships in pediatric gastroenterology and transplant hepatology at the University of Pittsburgh, earning a Master of Science in Clinical Research along the way. Dr. Raghu serves as Associate Program Director for the Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Program and is an active member of the Intestinal Care and Rehabilitation (ICARE) Center. His research focuses on decision-making in pediatric intestinal failure, supported by grants from the NASPGHAN Foundation, ASPEN Rhoads Research Foundation, and NCATS. Dr. Raghu is involved with the NASPGHAN Intestinal Rehabilitation SIG and the International Intestinal Failure Registry. He is dedicated to advancing care and outcomes for children with intestinal failure and transplant needs.
