Online Evaluations and CE Transcript

To obtain credit for this course, participants will have attended in full each session claimed for credit and complete the evaluations. Complete the session evaluations at your convenience! 

To access the speaker evaluations and your official CE Transcript, click the "Evaluations" tab. After completing at least one session evaluation, you must complete your overall conference evaluation to access your official CE Transcript. Your CE Transcript will be stored in the “My Account” section of ASPEN’s eLearning Center.

All evaluations must be completed and credit claimed by November 25, 2019, no exceptions.

Pharmacists must enter their NABP eprofile ID and birthday (MMDD). Pharmacists who do not claim their CE credit by the deadline and provide ASPEN with the correct NABP eprofile ID and birthday risk not having the earned credit submitted to the NABP and ACPE, which must be done within 60 days of the event. ASPEN submits only the information that is entered by the pharmacist when credit is claimed and is not responsible for following up with pharmacists to obtain any corrected information to ensure an error free submission. Additional information is available for pharmacists at
