Objectives:

  • Identify the role and benefit of a malnutrition “champion” in addressing best care nutrition practices
  • Describe procedures and processes for improved malnutrition documentation and coding
  • Outline the importance and benefit in implementing a malnutrition quality improvement program

    Goal and Target Audience:
