Mar 28, 2022 6:45pm
‐ Mar 28, 2022 7:45pm
Providing advanced nutrition support in a safe manner is paramount for the pediatric nutrition support clinician. Recent position papers from ASPEN have detailed updated guidance on photoprotection for ILEs and the use of filters with parenteral nutrition solutions. Additionally, trace element products have been reformulated. Pediatric clinicians face unique challenges in implementing changes and utilizing these new products. The community section forum will focus on discussing practical strategies for the pediatric clinician to implement changes and safely use advanced nutrition support. Information will be presented and section members will have the opportunity to share their experiences to learn from each other.
